Dear Evan Hansen is one of the most vocally demanding contemporary musicals ever written for young performers. Featuring intricate harmonies, layered ensemble singing, and emotionally vulnerable storytelling, this class prepares students to meet the musical challenges of the production with confidence.

Throughout the rehearsal process, students will strengthen ensemble blend, harmony singing, vocal independence, breath support, healthy contemporary vocal technique, and musical interpretation. Special attention will be given to balancing multiple vocal parts while maintaining truthful, emotionally connected performances.
