How to Train Your Dragon JR. is filled with thrilling adventure, dynamic movement, and larger-than-life storytelling. This class prepares students to bring the energy and athleticism of the production to the stage through foundational acro dance training, creative movement, and physical storytelling.
Throughout the rehearsal process, students will build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control while learning safe acro techniques designed for the stage. Special attention will be given to movement quality, seamless transitions, and using acrobatics to enhance character, choreography, and storytelling.
Whether portraying fearless Vikings, soaring dragons, or exciting action sequences, students will develop the confidence and physical skills needed to create captivating performances.
